Green square"I'll tell you what you're curious about, and then you'll go back to the enemy..." the general continued.
"Am I not with the enemy right now?" Toney interjected.
"They are the enemy!" the general snorted and Toney tought it best to just leave it at that. Anyway, it didn't really matter to him.
"So, you're going to go back to the enemy and tell them what you heard from me. Then you'll cautiously look around their camp, count their soldiers, their weapons, their ammunition, find out if they're getting reinforcements and what they had for breakfast..."
"Not dinner?" Toney asked.
"All right, dinner then," the general flickedspeaker his stick. "After that, you come back and tell me everything. But first, let's have a toast, Toney, my boy. What would you like to drink?"
"Oil tea."
The general pressed a button on his desk and called to his assistant.
"Lev Nikolayevich, please bring a cup of oil tea for our kind guest! And for me, the usual... er... mineral water, you know..."
"Understood, sir," came the voice from the loudspeaker.
