Lisa was going in a despondent mood on the road when she spotted the robot kid whom she had swapped the hoverboard with. He was sitting on the ground and clutching his knee. Next to him lay the red scooter, its front fender badly bent.
"What happened to you, robot bro?" Lisa asked.
"A squirrel ran out onto the road in front of me, I tried to avoid it, but fell and hit my knee. Maybe I'll have to replace a cog wheel in it. Scootering isn't for me, robot girl," the little robot complained.
"Maybe you're right, robot bro, and I'll give you back your hoverboard," Lisa said generously. "But since the front fender of the scooter is bent, you understand, you'll need to pay me 10 Bitpounds."
The robot boy was happy and he agreed to pay the 10 Bitpounds. They looked into each other's eyes, he transferred
the money to Lisa's account, and in no time, he was speeding away
on the hoverboard. In his haste, he didn't notice the ugly crack in the bottom of the hoverboard.
