Well, Lisa didn't need to be told twice! She cleaned
the car, gave it a thorough wash, put it on the charger overnight, and the next morning, she hopped happily into the driver's seat. With screeching
tyres, she drove out of the yard, tuned the radio to her favourite station, turned up the volume, and sang along to the latest hit as she headed towards the city.
She had been driven for about fifteen minutes, when Lisa spotted a robot boy by the roadside. He was standing next to a cool black motorcycle, putting on his helmet. Lisa was immediately smitten – not by the boy, but by the motorcycle, which looked much cooler than her old clunker. She thought she could sell it better at the market, and if not, she could have fun riding it at home. Dreaming of how green with envy the other robot girls in the neighbourhood would be, she slammed on the brakes. With a friendly smile, she leaned out of the car.
